2B tokens will be tied to Usage Incentives. This token supply is designed to last 10 - 12 years and is tied to user growth and trading activity. It will be used for a wide range of marketing initiatives, including:

• Viral promotion of the app

• Learning and education

• Referral rewards

• Partner quests and contests

This pool will be carefully used to encourage growth of Ethos app users, and correlate to app user growth. We anticipate we will use between 1,000 and 3,000 tokens per new user to incentivize growth with a target user base of 1M app users.

We will not use these tokens unless we are seeing adequate growth in the Ethos user base.
